For the commercialization of automation packages and aiming at a better service to customers, from the initial consultation phase until the end of after-sales, Technics has six technical departments very well defined and formed by experienced professionals and recognized technical competence permanently updated:

 

Application Engineering
  • Technical visits to industrial plants to assess needs and eventual installed base in order to propose alternatives for modernization;
  • Technical feasibility studies, evaluation of necessary investments and the results to be achieved in the implementation of the automation system;
  • Proposition of automation alternatives presenting the best options, considering equipment, software and configurations, in order to offer the customer the best choice for their specific needs;
  • Evaluation of equipment and service costs for the automation solutions offered;
  • Detailed project execution schedule.
Project engineering
  • Detailing of the automation system architecture;
  • Complete projects of automation, electrical and pneumatic panels with their own assembly structure;
  • Development of documents such as logic diagrams, cause and effect matrices, flowcharts, etc.;
  • Determination of safety integrity levels (SIL), through analysis of equipment that compound the safety function (SIF) for safety instrumented systems (SIS), based on the standards: ISA S-84, IEC 61508, IEC 61511;
  • Assessment of risk levels of industrial processes specifying and selecting Instrumented Safety Systems (SIS);
  • Preparation of SRS (Safety Requirements Specifications) according to ISA S-84, IEC 61508, IEC 61511 standards by professionals certified by TUV Rheinland as TUV Functional Safety Engineers.
Software Engineering
  • Development of application programs for programmable logic controllers;
  • Development of application programs for devices, such as human machine interfaces, frequency inverters, intelligent devices;
  • Development of application programs for the supervision and control system;
  • Programming of communication protocols in automation networks modbus, devicenet, controlnet, ethernet, profibus, hart, profinet, and others;
  • Development of application programs from PES (Programmable Electronic Systems) to SIS (Safety Integrity Systems) in compliance with the SRS (Safety Requirements Specifications) established for the project;
  • Validation by a certified professional of PES application programs developed against SRS requirements, according to ISA S-84, IEC 61508, IEC 61511.
Field Engineering
  • Supervision of assemblies, commissioning,  start-up and assisted operation;
  • Preventive and corrective support through maintenance contracts including 24-hour notice;
  • Installation of electromechanical panels including mechanical fixing and electrical installation;
  • Installation and interconnection of operation stations;
  • Installation of communication networks between field equipment and the control room for any type of physical environment;
  • Connection of fiber optic cables.
Technical support
  • Permanent maintenance of backups of the complete documentation of the supplied system;
  • Permanent maintenance of backups of application programs generated in the supplied system;
  • Providing backups of documentation and application programs in case of customer need;
  • Clarification of technical issues of design, operation and maintenance of the supplied system;
  • Support for updating software and firmware of the equipment provided;
  • Support for expansion needs or upgrades of the systems provided.
Trainings
  • Local structure with auditorium for training;
  • Operational training related to the developed automation systems;
  • Training on configuration, maintenance and parameterization of equipment used in the supplies made (PLCs, HMIs, supervision systems, frequency inverters, etc.) customized specifically for the automation system provided.
